"The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are amazing. Unfortunately for us, the non-smoking floor had someone smoking all the days we were there. My room smelled like cigarettes because the hallway was a smoky mess. We talked to the front desk but the problem was not able to be resolved. It would have been one of our favorite places if it wasn’t the very intense cigarette smell. I had to spra perfume and try to sleep and still woke up. My son had an asthma attack during our stay and needed his inhaler."

"I cannot say enough amazing things about the staff at this property. I was there during a severe thunderstorm and my room leaked. The staff went into action, got me into another room and fixed the problem that night. Thank you to the kind staff and the amazing customer service. Additionally, I ate almost all of my meals at the hotel restaurant and everything was delicious. Thank you for showing so much kindness!"

"Good location, it’s on Wangfujing street, with walking distance to tiananmen square, forbidden city, Jinshan park, and Beihai park. Close to subway station that takes you to other site view as well. Very friendly staff too. We didn’t try the breakfast at the hotel, because there are a lot local breakfasts restaurants nearby at a cheaper price. Also very good restaurants for Beijing dark and Beijing hotpot nearby as well. The hotel has a swimming pool, so my kids got to enjoy it in the afternoon after morning site view under the hot sun. Overall, very recommend if you are looking for a location convenient and close to every thing."
