The hotel is a SERIOUS artistic boutique hotel putting on display some glamorous art pieces in both the lobby, adjacent luxury mall (wonderful shopping) and building grounds! You will not stop taking photos around every corner! The staff knew enough English to make us feel very comfortable and was super friendly in all our interactions. The restaurant had by far the best buffet breakfast we had on our entire trip! Everything was fresh and delicious with so much variety! We missed it so much!! The rooms were interesting as they had these comfy terraces that looked down onto the amazing adjacent luxury mall. The air conditioning was nice and really quiet, but we couldn’t control it. TIP - ROOM TYPE : If sleep is really important, you might NOT want to do a terrace room as the adjacent rooms might have loud visitors on the terrace and keep you up till morning (our experience). Soundproofing is minimal. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a unique art-inspired atmosphere and a luxurious, boutique feel. The rooms were spacious, stylish, and spotless—everything felt clean and well-maintained. Service was professional and friendly throughout our stay. The location is also great, with easy access to shopping and dining nearby. One issue we had was with the breakfast. We booked two rooms for four adults and one child via Hotels.com, and the booking stated that everything was covered. However, upon arrival, we were informed that breakfast was only included for four guests. It was a bit disappointing, especially since we had booked for five people in total and the reservation system didn’t make this limitation clear. Aside from that, everything else was smooth and enjoyable.
