Unfortunately, the reception was closed 10pm-7am. Make sure you book Grab it other transportation to Sepilok Orangutans Rehabilitation Center. The hotel does not assist with this even if you need to bring your luggage to Sepilok or if it is raining/poring which it does often in a rainforest.
