"Very tired building and furnishing. Bed was okay, but very bouncy. We opted for a suite, but the furniture was so tired, dirty, and dusty that the room was unpleasant. One chair’s upholstery was splitting. Very small windows, so very little natural light. We had to ask for additional blankets as there was only a very think cotton blanket. Breakfast was okay. Simple, but convenient. There is very little around the hotel, but it was convenient for the wedding we were attending. We also ate a dinner there and the food for dinner was pretty good. The dining room was understaffed with only one person tending bar, taking and serving food order. The locking mechanism fo our door was very difficult due to the age of the mechanism. I am surprised at some of the other reviews. Perhaps we just got a bad room? Staff were pleasant. "

"Couple issues. 1st They ran out of towels the first night and had guest waiting till 11am to get towels we ended up having to go to the local Walmart to get towels . Also any hotel suite that I have stayed in had some dishes, pots something to cook had to also buy those things at Walmart as well. The staff wasn’t even there to check out the gate was down almost our whole stay! Hotel was clean but I would probably never stay there again! If you do stay there dnt expect anything but a had squeaky bed and endless amounts of spiders!!!"

"There for 4 nights and housekeeping never cleaned the room, front desk was aware. Had to ask for clean towels."

"The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative I have to mention is that when I turned the water in the bathtub on a bunch of long dark hairs floated up out of the drain - very gross! "

"They are doing renovations I guess but window was broke outside pane. No hot water curtains had holes in them. No chair to sit in other than desk chair. It was clean otherwise. Oh and pool was out of service. Didn’t know that when we booked. "

"This property is exceptional for Hampton and other motels in the area. Staff is welcoming. And room is clean and comfortable. It’s my first and only choice when I visit the area."
