"Staff was very nice and helpful. One of the few places where you get complimentary bottles of water in your room anymore too. The room was mostly clean but the chrome features in the bathroom could use a polish. The only irritation was the separate charge for parking. Just make it part of the room charge so you know what you are paying. Perfect place to stay if you are leaving on a Carnival cruise the next day. Only a football field away from the terminal! We drove in so it gave us early access to long term parking which can fill up quickly. "

"I had a huge suite to myself, with an almost absurdly large patio. It's a cocktail party size patio. Bed was good, shower was good. The room was big but utterly charmless and lit like a Home Depot. The kind of light that extinguishes color. For a bonus they have several motion-activated lights that come on even when there's no motion, and go off when you really wish they wouldn't. "
