Great location, really central, good size apartment, great kitchen and living space, 2 bathrooms is a real plus. Easy access to tube, main sites are walkable. Other apartments in this building are in better condition, plug socket hanging out of the wall and wifi is not reliable. Overall a good stay,

Excellent location at end of Shaftesbury Avenue so right in the heart of soho and theatre land.
The only issue is noise. You do need to take earplugs with you as there are constant sirens and bins and bottles crashing from 5am
However if you can sleep through that it’s perfect

It's in a very convenient place. You can walk to quite some famous places. It's clean and has a good kitchen. I give it a 4 star for 2 reasons. In the night, it is a little bit noisy as the bars around seem only close around 1:30am to 2:00am and having some music playing. If you're a light sleeper like me, it can be an issue. It may also be an issue of the room we stayed only. They only provide tea and coffee for a day. If you stay there longer, you may need to prepare some yourself.

No heat, No internet, No TV. - avoid in winter
No heat, no internet, no TV. Attempted to stay there Feb 5th 2025 but when we arrived, the underfloor heating did not work. After spending hours in WhatsApp chat, they pushed us to other properties in a non-desired part of London (not as central). This happened two days in a row. We left. It was 14 C (58 F) inside or lower. Extra difficult to contact property as a virtual dead zone for cellular (4g/5g) and on property internet (cell based) at best was 6mb down/0.2mb up by one window only. TV using same internet was glitchy/unusable. As it was so cold, the non working towel warmers were just a bonus. Great location, but a bit noisy, probably ok in spring to fall, but avoid in winter and be aware of cell/internet limitations. Customer support once reached did try to fix, but eventually refunded our money and we went elsewhere.

Perfect condition, top location, hard beds
Immaculately clean, spacious and uncluttered, the 2-bed apartment I stayed in was as neutral as you could possibly wish for. Entirely white and grey, it had no features in it that could possibly offend. Don’t expect character and you won’t be disappointed!
It’s excellently located just off Shaftesbury Avenue, which is perfect for shopping, theatres, sightseeing etc. with everything you could possibly need within an 5-10 min walk. The flat has secondary glazing and is fairly quiet despite its proximity to the busy street.
Kitchen facilities are decent and everything in the flat seemed to work, though the Wi-Fi was occasionally intermittent. Shower pressure is fine. These were cold days, so the underfloor heating was very welcome.
Only two things I could possibly fault. Venetian blinds in the bedrooms were poor at blocking out light, so beware if you need complete darkness to sleep. But most annoyingly, the two double beds varied from hard to rock hard. This might suit some, or be bearable for a couple of nights, but I wouldn’t take an extended stay if you’re used to a softer mattress.

The location was good, however, very noisy most of the night. Also, I think for what we paid per night the amenities could have been better, such as coffee for each day of our stay. Also, as there was a sleeper sofa, there should have been linens for it. We were unable to use the oven as it started smoking right away.

Great location, nice big apartment, good to have 2 bathrooms. perfect for a holiday but not for work, the wifi doesn't work, not even enough to stream the TV, you get a glimpse every now and then but it's weak and doesn't stay on. Pub next door can be noisy but you are in central London, take ear plugs

Beware early checkin required 20 pound per hour
While this property is close to everything the checking was a scam they advised the room was ready by asked for 20 pounds per hour due to not having any storage and there are 68 stairs to get up and down with heavy suitcases. This is my 4th place of stay and would be the lesser of my favourite due to the scam of getting more money out of tourist. I have 6 more places of stay here in London before all the reviews are done and dusted.

BEWARE - THIS IS A SCAM OPERATION. You rent the property via Expedia but ti gain entry you must put a deposit via the Q West. electronic link. The link rejected ALL of credit cards including the one I had just used to pay Expedia. I attempted multiple times, had them resend the link several times, etc - always the same result. I asked the company to take my credit card info over the phone, they refused “for my protection.” I tried then to cancel the reservation since I couldn’t get in, they refused - insisting it only be cancelled via Expedia. CLled Expedia WHO WOULD DO NOTHING TO HELP ME SO EXPEDIA ID PART OF THE SCAM. Expedia claims that they cannot cancel the reservation- it has to be done directly via QWest. My Advice: DO NOT RENT FROM Q WEST. Frankly, I think Expedia is equally culpable here so DO NOT USE EXPEDIA, they will not stand behind their customer, are impossible to contact (no 800 number), and WILL NOT HELP YOU.

On nous change d’appartement 3 jours avant le début du séjour, soit disant on nous Upgrade, pas du tout, on se retrouve hyper loin comparé à ce qu’on avait réservé. On demande un late check out de 1h pour le dérangement, qui est refusé, dernière fois ces établissements, il vas falloir être un peut plus commerçants. on nous prend pour des imbeciles.
