I am renting out the entire flat that I own and live in for a period during the late spring / early summer 2023

The long south-facing balcony captures the afternoon sun perfectly Additional benefits include; underfloor heating, air conditioning and air circulation system.

Cadogan Terrace is just a short walk to the eclectic mix of independent shops, bars and restaurants in Hackney Wick, Broadway Market and on Canalside. It is also nestled amongst a wide range of green spaces including Victoria Park, Olympic Park, London Fields, and Hackney Marshes. Both Homerton & Hackney Wick stations (Overground) are within easy reach making trips into the City and Central London quick and simple.
