The communication for finding the apartment and checking in was excellent. This apartment was clean, spacious and in the perfect location for seeing the sights of London. The apartment had everything you would need for a short or long stay. Llamamos a la propiedad para intentar arreglar el tema pero no fue posible. Una vez superado el disgusto inicial, y dejando claro que no es la manera más correcta de actuar, tengo que admitir que el nuevo apartamento era muy cómodo y bonito y además estaba al lado de la estación de metro, por lo que al final resultó una muy buena opción. From the kitchette and laundry in the apartment to the spaciousness, we loved it. It was also the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on. It’s close by bus or walking to Buckingham Palace and theaters. But we booked it last minute while we were already in London, and it made for a headache as we had to send pictures of us with our passports, and a picture of our credit card. (It wouldn’t be as difficult if you’re doing that from home prior to your visit, but I was spending so much time proving my identity in advance that I was missing out on more sightseeing. Overall, we loved it though. There’s a post office, pubs, restaurants (even a Pret) across the street or very close by.
