Enjoy the Watney market which is within walking distance from the flat. With Shadwell station a stone throw away, you could go explore local attractions such as Canary Wharf, Crown Jewels, River Tames, Tower Bridge and London City Centre. Supermarkets, local restaurants and pubs are a 5 min walk from the flat. Other things to note There are currently building works taking place on the outside of the building. As part of this, scaffolding has been placed around the balcony, and you may notice some noise during normal working hours. Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a change in arrival time from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The property only accepts the number of adults listed on the reservation confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted Each guest will be asked to send identification within 48 hours once the reservation is created and at check-in. This property does not accommodate bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or similar celebrations. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise. A noise abatement policy is in effect between 9 pm and 7 am. Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived. If you leave the property at a late time or other than the scheduled time, 10:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a £55 reminder fee. If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property. The owner was very slow to communicate how to access the property and only responded when I complained to VRBO. That should have been my first clue. It was dirty once we arrived with hairs in the bathroom and dead bugs on the floor. There was also what appeared to be pillow stuffing under a pulled-out futon and filthy damp towels in the washer. It had obviously not been cleaned in some time. The wifi was broken and there were no TVs in the bedrooms as advertised. The location was also less than ideal. We had a difficult time getting cabs to come to pick us up because the drivers were worried about customers using stolen credit cards and drug deals since that is what they had experienced there in the past. The owner was not responsive to our concerns and each day would say they would clean it "tomorrow." By then the property was empty and they could have come at any time but they didn't. VRBO was not helpful and stopped responding to our concerns. They did not stand behind their listing and were completely unwilling to listen or work with us. Do not stay here. ##### Heather G.
