It goes without saying that the rooms are small (but well-designed), and that’s why the prices are so reasonable. The location is hard to beat. The cafe/bar is surprisingly good. But, most of all, the staff works hard to make things go smoothly. Kudos to Natalia, who was, I think, the manager during our stay.

Great value in fantastic location for theatres. Air con wasn’t working when I stayed but I was offered a free breakfast to compensate. I was able to check in early which was a pleasant surprise. I recommend this hotel for budget breaks in London.

First time staying at Z Hotel. Overall, very happy with the hotel. Great location - central to shops, theatre and restaurants. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room is small but has everything you need from towels, body wash and shampoo, tea and coffee. Air conditioner was a bonus. Slight inconveniences - Shower sprayed everywhere so bathroom completely wet. Could use some hooks or towel rail in the bathroom. In spite of the wet bathroom and lack of hooks, would stay here again.

I travel outside of cities usually so it has been a while since needing a central hotel. The hotel was clean, staff fantastic and cannot fault the hotel, though single, does mean single. Ideal for a lone traveller and a couple of nights. Has all the amenities needed, and literally a stone’s throw from all that there is in central London.
