Fantastic stay

First time we have been to Olympia Horse show so unsure about what where to stay we did not need to worry. Your apartment was fantastic, location perfect and good access to other facilities ie shops train station and of course Olympia itself.

Lovely, small hotel suite which was close to a small grocery store (down the block). I do wish it were closer to an Underground Station, but the walk was less than a mile.

Nice staff - okay location

Its a little bit awkward to get to. Nice and clean. The other guests were quite loud at 2 am. We didnt have hot water for a shower - the hotel staff helped us to find a different room to use and I m sure sorted this out.

Economical, convenient location

My clean and fairly quiet room perfectly met my needs while using research libraries in London. The kitchenette allowed me to economize on meals and also get an early start or arrive back in the evening to work while I ate. Kensington Studios is right around the block from the Olympia overground train station (one quick stop away from the Central line) and, alternatively a 15-20 minute walk to underground stations in Kensington. There are many convenience and grocery stores in the area (including a Whole Foods), restaurants and take-out food, charming neighborhoods and Holland Park for strolls, and nearby small museums, as well as easy access to greater London. The hotel staff was friendly and immediately responded to questions and requests. My room was modern in design, more spacious than I expected, had ample storage, the best shower I've had in a London hotel, a laptop-sized work desk, and a comfortable bed. An enjoyable place to stay and work!

No disappointment in my second stay

A kitchen available is good in London as food is not cheap while no breakfast is provided from this hotel. Normally a kitchen may imply oily and smelly in room but fortunately the hotel room is kept clean. This hotel would probably be considered to choose if I visit London again, as definitely a studio style room with a kitchen is a smart choice.

Good choice of stay allowing simple cooking

A different experience in studio room other than standard hotel room, we may have simple cooking for breakfast and dinner as restaurants in London are not cheap! The area is quiet but safe, quite convenient to overground, recommended to buy a day-pass so that overground and underground can be interchangeable for better travel arrangement. No regular reception beyond office hours but actually this is connected to the hotel just opposite, and we left the luggages in opposite hotel and got back few days afterwards, quite convenient. Staff is friendly, nice and helpful.

attic room for 4 night stay in London

The hotel is in a good location with transport within easy walking distance. There is a local grocery shop and take away. Kensington High Street is a 10 minute walk away. The rooms are tired and not very clean. It could be much better with a little effort and investment.

Really pleasant. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Shower did play up a bit with the hot water not consistent. However, had a good sleep and would be happy to stay again.

Worst experience

On arrival I was told that I had to pay more money as a deposit when I had already paid the full amount via Expedia. The next day when I was due to collect that money back the worker Alex was very rude and unhelpful. Her customer service was not professional. The room was very small and not clean as there where stains on the cushions and small hairs on the bed. The room was also cold and noisy and when I complained , Alex did not want to listen. This is a shame as the hotel is close to the tube station which was ideal.

Friendly helpful staff

Friendly helpful staff, easy after hours check in, clean room serviced daily, quality refurbishment, small supermarket nearby, bus stop almost at door and quiet and well heated room. Only issue was lack of utensils to cook with, desk to sit at and not much space to unpack suitcase.
