Staff were very attentive. Check in was excellent thanks to Wy. Wonderful views of London from the rooms. Good transport links for visiting all the attractions and you are within an hours walking of just about everything a tourist needs to see. Whilst the buffet breakfast was very good if extremely expensive, the restaurants for evening meals were , in my opinion, very poor with a limited and unimaginative menus, no buffet options.

Spectacular hotel. The whole ambience and aesthetics of the place are incredible, the staff go above and beyond to help you and the rooms and views are spacious and have everything you need. The breakfast was amazing as was the meal in Ting the night before. The sky pool and sauna have the most incredible views of the city and are so relaxing you can easily spend all day there. Would highly recommend, this is my favourite hotel in the world!

We stayed for one night as a vacation splurge and were greeted warmly by Jessica who met all our needs. We stayed at a Premier View room with a view of Tower Bridge from our bathroom on southern Londob thanks to it being a corner room. Our Expedia Gold gave us either a complimentary breakfast at Ting or room service. We chose the latter and had excellent service to our room. The sauna and pool need to be reserved and are definitely worth it. We made memories for a lifetime and will never forget this experience.

Amazing room with superb views. Spotless. Brilliant shower and comfy large bed. The pool was wonderful. All staff members were excellent. The only downside was the breakfast which wasn’t in keeping, quality wise, with the rest of the hotel. Great location, making it easy to explore London.
