We loved having the day bed in our room, gave us a comfy place to sit & the extra sleeping location. The breakfast was very good and we ate 2 meals in the restaurant. The lobby had comfortable seating and the staff were very helpful. They even called a taxi for us and our 4 suitcases. The location made site seeing easy and it was very close to our to our cruise ship for when we had to board.

The reception to the hotel was exceptionally beautiful and clean. Staff ready for a quick check in. The room had a separate toilet which was useful, and a mini fridge. The bed was comfy and bedding clean. The only issue we had was the cleanliness of the bathroom - lots of scale and some mould in the shower.

We enjoyed our stay. It's located right next to the Greenwich Station which made it so easy to take the trains, the tube or buses. I highly recommend this hotel. Clean rooms. Well maintained.

An executive room promised dressing gowns and slippers but provided only one gown. Same thing happened a month before but it was just an overnight stay and it didn’t matter. The maid said there were no slippers at all ever. This hotel is not meeting its advertised level of amenities. The shower was small and the bath rather a waste of space in an inadequate bathroom. It is all desperately in need of renovation. The first day the room wasn’t cleaned. We did have a small sofa and were high enough to have a view and it was quiet. I visit Greenwich regularly and will not stay at this hotel again.

I totally understand London based hotels are generally more expensive that elsewhere in UK, £170 for one night booked 6 months ago is too much for the room we received, sadly the room needs modernisation- rusted shower pole, overly worn carpet, poor air con ( outside temp 26°) the hotel was fully booked when I enquired if they had another room. Its location is great being next door to the station and easy walking distance to Greenwich.
