I booked two large studio rooms, but was given a tiny hazardous attic room with a ceiling so low I could barely stand straight. The receptionist was incredibly rude and sounded like someone who hated her job. Be very careful when booking from here, they will lie and say the pictures are only illustrative. The lock was not working. So I stayed outside of the apartment for over one hour. It was very stressful. After jumping through many many hoops, calling, emailing, trying to open a different box (which was stuck) in order to get the master key, I got it and got in. This room is very small. But private. Very good location. Nice warm temperature. Very big tv. Nice bathroom. Very nice double/queen bed. Nice beddings. Kitchen. Fridge.
