I was shocked when I was asked to pay separately a cleaning fee of GBP50 per night which I had never come across via the booking or clearly stated in the ad even after the booking was done. GBP50 almost equivalent to 50% of hotel rate I paid. If I knew there was such a charge I would definitely not book this hotel.

Basic accommodation, clean, couldn’t keep the internal doors open in the apartment we were given unless you jammed a suitcase against them, tv reception poor, WiFi ok. When it rained heavily there were problems with water leaking down one wall. Good location.

El día que llegamos nos enviaron otra dirección y no hubo manera de que nos explicara el motivo del cambio. No sabemos si era mejor o peor porque el q teníamos reservado no llegamos a verlo. El barrio suburbial, no coincidia para nada con lo que creíamos haber reservado

Nos gustó la comodidad de las camas y la situación del apartamento por estar bien comunicado con líneas de autobús. No nos gustó el estado del apartamento, cristales de ventanas rotas y sucias, luces de campana extractora fundidas, tapa de water no se aguantaba derecha y puerta de armario de cocina roto. Sensación de poca seguridad ya que la puerta principal que daba a la calle estaba abierta las 24h. y había un vagabundo durmiendo en la portería de al lado. Las toallas de los clientes anteriores estuvieron en el rellano todo el fin de semana.

Attic apartment so virtually no headroom in the lounge, bedroom door didn’t shut, blinds not fitting in second bedroom, plus a £50 cleaning charge when we were only in room for a few hours
