A family place in a family oriented building and not a professional air-bnb or an hotel ; so expect to feel like at home rather than in an hotel. Getting around : 0.4 miles/ 8mn walk from Central line ( Bethnal green station - zone 2 - 1 stop from Liverpool street station ) 460ft/2mn walk from the over ground ( Cambridge heath station) 460ft/2mn walk from numerus bus stop. Flat 2nd floor A spacious private rooftop with garden sofa . The building : A new building (10 years old) built around 2 kids playground. The building also has a massive common rooftop with view on the city and canary wharf. Guest access The whole flat except the 4th bedroom where are stored personal belongings Where to park: A visitor parking slot is available in the garage building There is only one visitor slot and we can't guarantee it will be free during your stay. However if it is not, I will do my best for you can use another slot, however I can't guarantee it.. I strongly recommend to let me know, you'll need a parking space at the time of the booking. Other things to note 6 guests maximum but 2 adults maximum. Please contact for any different requirement. Strictly no parties and/or more guests than the ones accepted. Before the check out I'll ask you : to leave downstairs in the shower tray bathroom the household linen used during your stay (bed linen, table linen, towels and tea towels used during your stay) to empty the place' bins and garbage (kitchen and bathrooms) and to take them out in the Building' bins local.
