Centrally located Parsi owned villa - 10 minutes away from Lonavala market.

Occupancy: Ideal for 6 people. But there are extra mattresses for 4 more people.

Ground Floor + Garden + First Floor + Terrace.

GROUND FLOOR has LIVING ROOM with A STUDIO KITCHEN.
LIVING ROOM has two diwans (which can be used as sofa in the morning and beds in the night), 2 Art Deco single sofas and a centre coffee table.
STUDIO KITCHEN has kitchen, fridge, side table and a big beautiful carved dining table with six chairs.

Ground Floor has an attached TOILET.

Ground Floor opens to a BALCONY on both the sides.

A small well maintained GARDEN has a swing to enjoy the cool Lonavala air.

All walls have beautiful paintings and artifacts.

A beautiful STAIRWAY with artefacts leads you to the first floor.

FIRST FLOOR has 2 bedrooms and a TERRACE.
There’s a bean bag outside the bedroom.

MASTER BEDROOM has an Art Deco double bed with extra mattresses with 2 side tables with lamps on it.

It has an attached BATHROOM cum TOILET.

The SECOND BEDROOM has two trundle beds with a wall covered with butterfly, stars and flowers. It leads to a TERRACE. It has an attached BATHROOM cum TOILET.
