It is simple and nothing fancy but well kept, clean and the hosts are very communicative and helpful. Check-in was a breeze (there is a keypad at the door), apartment was clean and comfortable and all the necessities are provided (there is enough for a simple breakfast for example with tea/coffee as well as granola bars and oatmeal). Kitchen is simple but has everything you need to prepare a simple meal. The neighborhood is quiet and the property is located very close to the main E/W thoroughfare making it fairly easy to get to. It was a bit cool to use the outside amenities but they have a grill and a fire pit. The yard is well maintained showing that the owners care. Would recommend. ##### Romain C.
