"The townhouse was ideal for my husband, 15 year old and I for a week. Super close to a supermarket and restaurants/cafes. The kitchen was pretty well equipped and the few little issues we had were dealt with quickly and kindly. There’s a pool that can be used which is awesome. There wasn’t any information in the rooms so had to be a bit self sufficient. There was also no kitchen basics at all so had to grab those (lucky that supermarket was so close!!). "

"We had a spacious 2 bedroom apartment which had a large outdoor patio area. All facilities you would expect. Very walkable to all South Bank attractions. Also lots of eateries right on the doorstep without tourist price tags. Complex is clean and tidy, but showing its age a bit. Staff were friendly and helpful. "

"The unit is situated close to the BCEC which is good for conference attendance. Key collection is located near busy Fish Lane and near impossible to find a park. I had to park 2 blocks back (out front of the units) and walk to the location in the dark, which also made it difficult to find the lock box amongst the many other ones (thank goodness for the torch on my iPhone). The key also needs to be returned to the lock box when checking out. Communication about check in was also a little unclear...
