The apartment was comfortable and clean and quiet spacious. The location was great, about halfway between South Bank and the West End. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location! Perfect for the BCEC. Clean, spacious and nice. Well appointed kitchen. Amenities complete and there were even thoughtful little touches like salt and pepper packets, milk and iced water in the fridge and even welcome cookies in the coffee station. Would definitely stay again

Southbank stay
We had an excellent stay. Close to southbank and the city. Staff were helpful. Parking was easy (although tight for our 4x4). Very happy with our stay. Well probably be back.

The property was great and the staff were wonderful. Great location, the downfall was that the bed was hard and uncomfortable. When the property was contacted, the staff were amazing and provided a mattress topper.

Nothing really to fault clean great locality quiet in the evening after 9pm
I would recommend certainly for a couple
Staff really helpful.
It also is very class to rail transport so can get to airport on one trip.

Pleasant stay in Southbank - Great location
overall our stay was very pleasant. My only complaint was the bed was extremely uncomfortable to the point of waking up sore the next morning. Single beds in spare room unable to comfortably fit two older teenage boys. More geared towards smaller children. On the whole though, place was clean and well located.

Gym facilities? False advertising.
I stayed here for a week long work trip. As per the photos there was a gym on premises so I brought my gear. Upon asking about the location of the gym they told me it was across the street and that you require an annual membership. Coming from Canada, and bringing extra items for this case I was not impressed. The rest of the stay was good, no complaints. However, the lack of transparency while booking was not ideal.

I chose this property as it indicated the management was aware of accessibility issues. As an older woman with some mobility issues, accessibility is important.
On the plus side, the property has a ramp as well as stairs at the front entrance. It provides a disabled spot in the car park. Access to the unit was level, it had a good bathroom, with large fluffy towels and the bed was comfortable. And there is an excellent coffee shop at ground level.
However, there were a few issues that need to be pointed out.
The disabled parking spot is not wide enough.
The lounge furniture is quite unsuitable, with a very low lounge and quite flimsy dining chairs. It was a good thing the verandah chairs were more comfortable. And I couldn’t reach most of the plates, cups and glasses, which had been placed in high cupboards. It would have been much more helpful if they had been placed in the pantry.

Room was good size but bathroom has an unpleasant odour from the drains.
Main tv didn’t work neither did the wifi.
Location was excellent and staff helpful.
While the apartment looked spacious and clean, the air freshener was overpowering and bed and lounge were of poor quality. This apartment would be hard pressed to rate 3 star if inspected by the ratings committee- certainly not luxurious as promoted. Great location, though.
