"We enjoyed our stay at Swiss Belhotel Wooloongabba, staff were very friendly. The bed and pillows were very nice. Everything was very clean. It was within great walking distance to The German Club and The Gabba. Would definitely stay there again."

"Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Considering it’s a 5 star hotel the room price is honestly a steal. Buffet breakfast was good, nothing extravagant but definitely gets the job done. Parking is a little steep but expected."

"The hotel is beautifully appointed and has a lot of character. The old part of the building is truly stunning. Our twin room was significantly larger than expected. It was spacious and comfortable and the kitchenette had a good selection of drinking vessels. However, they were all terribly dirty. We pulled out champagne flutes and they were in a shocking condition. The receptionist gasped when we took them down to exchange. Unfortunately, all other glasses were no better. The housekeeping was poor throughout our stay. Just the beds were made and towels changed. No spare toilet roll provided. We only got one after we had run out. Rubbish bin not emptied daily. A random pillow case left hanging on a side lamp. It was just odd. The massive downside was the pool not being heated. The water was freezing so we didn't use it, which was very disappointing."

"If you are alone, the shuttle makes sense, but if you have three or more, better to get an Uber like we did. With three of us it was half the cost of the shuttle. "
