About this property

On top of a hill, in the heart of a village

  • This 1 bedroom holiday home replaces an old cowshed, hence the name. It has all the benefits of its rural location with all the modern facilities you may wish for and stunning views from the private roof terrace (access by internal stairs only). In the distance you can see the Adriatic Sea on a clear day.

    1 kingsize bedroom en-suite bathroom with a bath tub and shower over, bidet and toilet.

    In the open plan country style living space there is a fireplace, full kitchen and stairs leading up to the roof terrace.
    There is also an extra single bed and a an extra separate toilet with bidet.

    Outside furniture provided.

    The apartment is situated in a very strategic place very near Locorotondo and Alberobello, and only 25 minutes drive away from the nearest beach.
