The owners were very prescriptive of how to tidy the flat etc. Perhaps they shouldn't rent on Hotels.com since this wasn't a hotel in any shape or form. It was disappointing that the accomodation wasn't physically in the main Residence, just a small lockoff on the side of the residence"

At the reception, the lady said there is a public parking at 300 meters We stay there 3 nights and hotel offer a rebate when you stay 2 nights and more, but the girl mentioned this when leaving. I ask her to give me the rebate, She said it’s too late , the rebate is given at arrival. So I lost the rebate. I’m really upset about that"
