"Breakfast starts at 8:30, and unfortunately there is nothing available for guests leaving earlier. You can’t even get a coffee before 8:30 in the hotel. The lady at reception informed me that the bars outside hotel was open, but it was closed as well. For guests with departures before 10:00 AM, this is really not practical. "Fantastic breakfast! Best ever! You don’t even have to fill your own croissant! There’s everything you could ask for. Wow the cakes! Loved the location: near the station that goes everywhere, bus stops very close and the boat station too and even closer is the funicular station which is an absolute must do! We could see it from our balcony. We came back after a day of sightseeing, very hot and rushed up to the pool which we had to ourselves, nice bar up there too. Room is very comfortable and the coffee machine works well. We loved the friendly restaurant around the corner Panariellos, big pizza to share too."

"We were graded when we arrived and all the amenities were explained the hostess walked us to us our room and showed us all the features of the room. The room was clean pretty and the air conditioner worked great. Breakfast was marvelous, and staff was very responsive. Location was right by the train station, which was great as well as by the lake even better."
