Beispielsweise werden die Rollläden und Klimatisierung über einen Touch Pad an der Wand gesteuert. Die Einrichtung und Küchenausstattung sind gut und hochwertig. Die Betten fanden wir gut. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal. Es sind ca. 600 m zum See und 500 m in die Innenstadt. Je nach dem hörte man etwas Straßenlärm. Uns hat dies aber nicht gestört.
