Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Man fühlt sich willkommen in diesem Hotel. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das einzige was man monieren könnte ist die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Zimmerausstattung. Ansonsten war aber alles perfekt!

We stayed in the penthouse suite which i think must sleep 5 or 6 (it had 3 bedrooms). The hotel sits on the edge of Lake Maggiore and from the “balcony” of the suite the views were amazing. The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the train station. We were there for the moon & stars festival and the hotel is right at the end of the food street but we weren’t disturbed at all when we went to sleep. Very good location and a very quiet hotel. Perfect place to relax

A bit of a walk to the main square, but doable. Breakfast could be improved by variety, but not bad. The view both from the bedroom and from the pool were stunning

Really clean hotel with all the amenities you need. Basic but it’s what you pay for. The location is ideal as it’s very central. Was kindly upgraded to a private bathroom too and the 10% discount for the restaurant is a bonus which was excellent food. The woman on reception was very helpful and kind too. Overall an excellent experience.

I arrived later in evening by motorcycle and took me a bit of time to work out I needed to login on line in the car park, but once I worked this out, the online system to open the various doors worked very well. New experience not having anyone about to help but once I muddled through it ( I’m 60) it worked surprisingly well. Most impressed. Breakfast in morning was great and pullout drawings with glass tops to see food contents was a nice design touch.

Really nice hotel with excellent rooms and gardens. The rooms are air conditioned and spacious with comfortable beds and a private balcony. Taking breakfast in the well tended garden was a joy.
