"Gaudí" is a spacious and beautifully appointed villa of approximately 450 m², thoughtfully distributed across multiple floors to accommodate a maximum capacity of 12 guests across 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The property spans a lower ground floor, a main floor, and an upper floor, each offering distinct living spaces designed with both comfort and style in mind.

On the main floor, you are welcomed by a bright and generously proportioned living and dining room, elegantly furnished and featuring a dining table and bar area. From this level, you have direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. Adjacent to the living area, a large open kitchen is equipped with a 4-plate ceramic glass hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a freezer, and also includes its own bar and dining table, with a further exit to the terrace and swimming pool. A shower room with WC completes this floor.

On the lower ground floor, you will find a large additional living room alongside 3 double bedrooms. 2 of these bedrooms feature a rooflight and are each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the third bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A bathroom with bath and WC serves this level.

The upper floor hosts 3 further double bedrooms, each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. 2 of these bedrooms offer direct access to a private balcony. This floor is served by 2 bathrooms, each equipped with a bath, bidet, and WC, and benefits from a large terrace with sweeping views of the sea, the mountains, and the surrounding countryside.
