  • Cozy apartment of 62m2 located in a very quiet area in Lloret de Mar (Fenals), around 300m from the beach and 400m from the town centre. This property is ideal for enjoying family holidays on the Costa Brava!

    Maximum capacity 6 people.

    Part of a quiet development with communal garden and pool, near all services, shops and restaurants. It consists of a living/dining room with tv, sofa bed for 2 people and direct access to a large and lovely terrace (32m2) where you can enjoy nice meals in the sun. Equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, dischwasher, oven and toaster), 1 bedroom with one double bed (150x190cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower place. Kitchen and bathroom habe been updated.

    Parking in the community garage.

    Free Wifi.

    Optional Air Conditioning with an extra cost (50€/week in case of use).

    Youth groups not allowed.
