"I stayed at the property for two weeks, the neighborhood is perfect, everything is a just a 15-20 min walk away. There are many restaurants, supermarkets and shops near by. The property needs to update some kitchen utensils are in pretty bad shape. The property manager made me wait an entire hour for checking lying saying he would be there in 20 minutes every time I called hence I was waiting outside with luggage’s for an hour waiting for he’s supposed 20 minutes. "We had the best stay in Valencia! We had two adult couples had plenty of space for everyone with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a spacious living area and kitchen. The location could not have been better, next to the Plaza de la Reina. The owner responded quickly with our questions! We would definitely rent again!!"

"Dulce communicated so well with us. A very detailed email came well in advance to our trip, which is much appreciated. She made everything so easy for us. Taxi and aquarium tickets were purchased in advance for us. There are several markets and restaurants within walking distance. Public transportation lines were also only minutes away. The unit itself was very nice. Everything was super clean, plenty of linens and towels. I would stay there again."

"Very unique, clean and surprisingly quiet property in a great walkable location to the Arts and Sciences Center, Mercado Colon, and the market. Once you get used to the six flights of stairs it’s a great spot. It could also use additional air conditioning as the upper loft bedroom was unusable due to the heat but thankfully the pullout couch downstairs was comfy. Parking was a challenge and expensive at the FNAC but we found weekly parking close by after some online searching. All in all a fun...
