"Nothing to complain about...room great..staff wonderful..breakfast a great start ti the day. Needs a heater in the shower room but Im a wuss so ok for most people. Would stay again sure...must get fosters on tap!!"

"Extremely pleasant and accommodating staff. Room was clean and warm as was the en-suite. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of various tea and coffee sachets available in addition to milks and sweeteners etc. Breakfast was freshly cooked to liking. Although I had no problem parking, the car park is small with limited street parking opposite, which potentially could be an issue during busy periods. Overall, staying at The Talbot was an excellent experience. "

"Bedroom was very tired looking and needed a good lick of paint and tlc. Furniture needed replacing and also shower and hand basin. Bed was comfy though!"

"The rooms were spacious with a separate lounge area, well decorated Shower was terrific. And really comfy bed The restaurant was excellent with local seasonal food "

"Very kind helpful staff. Lovely quiet, hotel with beautifully decorated interior. Absolutely fantastic breakfast which made allowances for my vegetarian, dairy free needs. The quality of the produce was top notch and cooked to perfection. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again."
