"Fantastic for the ferry and train stations. Immaculately clean. Had a wonderful sleep. Was lovely to have breakfast in guest lounge room. This would easily win Four In A Bed as best guest house. "
"Staff were lovely, building had beautiful details, we really enjoyed sunrise from the summer balcony in the common area. Complimentary breakfast was very good. "
"Room was pristinely clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice en suite bathroom with good shower. Facilities to make a hot drink were replenished on request. Staff were friendly without being intrusive. Didn't eat supper in the restaurant because veggie options were limited. Breakfast was awesome. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone wanting accommodation in the area. Very close to Penrhyn castle and Bangor centre."
"This is a fabulous little hotel and we were delighted with our three night stay. James and Amy are wonderful hosts who put their heart and soul into their place and nothing is too much trouble. Our room had plenty of space and the bed was very comfortable. The common areas were lovely, and the breakfast was great. An easy 20 to 30 minute stroll to town, or short drive, so a great base for all that this region has to offer."
"Outstanding property, very clean and fantastically arranged for every guest. The TV room having the games for all aged children was such a nice touch.
Thank you for a great stay."
"Beautiful, boutique hotel. The staff were all incredibly nice and helpful from the moment we walked in. The hotel has been very tastefully decorated with amazing love and attention. The owner was so generous with his time to talk to us and made us feel so comfortable. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone. "

Old lighthouses are wonderfully romantic spots, with their inspiring views, lonely locations, and a powerful proximity to the elements. Lighthouses don’t come much better than South Stack’s which has stood proud since 1809. Not far from Holyhead, the largest town on the island of Anglesey and, these days, a busy ferry port, the lighthouse assists the passage of ships on the Dublin–Holyhead–Liverpool sea route, which crosses some famously stormy seas.
Commune with nature and explore the great outdoors at Church Bay during your travels in Holyhead. Wander the seaside and gardens in this relaxing area.
