Great rural location, everything you need in your room has been thought of including fresh milk in a small fridge. You order your breakfast the night before and breakfast times are very convenient

Roaring log fires, traditional wood beams, good food and drink - what not to like. Wider Wi-Fi coverage than many places - in rooms and in lounge etc . Friendly and helpful staff. Short stroll to charming Maritime Village and access to coastal walk. Easy drive to many other interesting places so good for driving as well as walking.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious athough it was located at the back of the Inn across a beer barrel storage area. The Welsh Breakfast was excellent. The car park was very convenient, as was the situation of the Black Boy.

We (2 couples) stayed in Ty'n Rhos Country House for the Easter weekend and decided to also stay for dinner 2 out of 3 nights. We were amazed by the comfort, service, and quality. The location was great, an easy drive to the nearby castles, Snowdon railway, and other historical sites. We took the train from London to Bangor and hired a car there. Booked this last minute and were so happy we did. Location is magnificent and with views to die for. We stayed in the cottage which was just perfect for us. Had a fully equipped kitchen that we did not use as we were only for only one night but perfect for anyone staying longer and with small children We chose to eat dinner in the restaurant and are real foodies and love fine dining. Little disappointed with the overall experience. Food prep and quality could be stepped up a notch. ...
