We stayed for 3 nights and highly recommend it! It is walkable to the old town, great breakfast, and the staff was very friendly. We parked a car in the garage, very accessible. The Signature Suite was worth every penny, the view from the wrap around balcony of the castle and town was excellent!

Fantastic location, a very short walk from the pedestrianised city centre and the Dragon Bridge. Lovely room, comfortable beds and a great shower. Breakfast was excellent with loads of choices. The staff on the front desk were very helpful. Overall, I’d highly recommend City Hotel.

I had a really enjoyable stay at City Hotel Ljubljana. The location is excellent, super central and especially convenient for getting picked up for day tours making logistics really easy. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the breakfast had a good selection with plenty of options to start the day. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the hotel’s eco-friendly initiative where opting out of room cleaning in exchange for a drink voucher was a nice touch. Overall, a great, well-located hotel with good service and thoughtful details. Would definitely recommend for a short stay in Ljubljana.

The hotel was generally good and I like their initiative to be more green. However, the room got quite warm during the day, but because it’s quite early in the season, the hotel hadn’t switched on the AC. Also the shower wasn’t great and the TV was useless (most channels were glitching). The breakfast buffet was good, with lots of choice.
