Enjoying close proximity to the slopes of the highly popular Livigno Resort this cosy 45sqm holiday property is the ideal place to relax, entertain and enjoy your stay.

The accommodation is bright and spacious throughout with warm pine beamed ceilings, warm hues and modern touches to make guests feel comfortable in their home from home. An open plan living and dining area provides the ideal place to relax in front of the SAT TV with DVD player, and also for preparing delicious home cooked meals with the help of the fully equipped kitchenette which includes a cooker hob, toaster kettle and coffee machine. Guests can be sure of maximum flexibility during their stay with a wide choice of restaurants on the doorstep and a double sofa bed to the living room for additional guests during your stay.

Couples are well accommodated here with a beautiful and charming principal bedroom furnished with double bed, large pine wardrobe and with views overlooking the resort.

A modern tiled bathroom completes the internal accommodation. A private parking space can be used by guests and all the resort facilities are to hand including a wealth of authentic Italian restaurants, bars and cafes; more in fact than any other ski resort in the world!

The charming ski chalet residence also allows 1 afternoon free shared access to a luxury sauna and spa, which provides the perfect place to relax after a days skiing on the slopes or from hiking and cycling in the nearby Swiss National Park.

Guests can also enjoy the outlet shopping, fitness centre, swimming pool and health spa. Activities in Livigno include skiing, snowboarding, dog sleigh rides, go-karting in the snow, ice climbing, bike riding and also enjoying a well earned ski après!

The nightlife includes a wide range for everyone from intimate live gigs, rustic wine cantinas and nightclubs.

For avid skiers St Moritz is just a 50 minutes drive away and makes for the perfect day out during your ski holiday, to visit the world famous resort.

From Livigno the nearby train station of Zernez offers a choice of services for guests to explore the breathtaking Lombardy region and the National Swiss Park is the ideal place for hiking and cycling with Lago di Livigno providing beautiful and captivating views.
