We are perfectly located within a quiet residential area, moments from the M57 & M58 motorway network. And walking distance to train lines into Liverpool, Ormskirk and beyond. Just 1 mile from Aintree Racecourse. We are spoiled with a beautiful coastline, beaches, visitor and historical attractions, fantastic sporting events (horse racing, golf, football), special and seasonal events, and great shopping. We hope you enjoy your stay with us, we have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. \-Three bedrooms: the first bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a double bed (which converts to two single beds) and the third bedroom has a single bed. There is an extra pull out sofa bed in the lounge. \-One bathroom, on the upper floor, with toilet and sink, bath with Jacuzzi-jets, and an over bath shower. \-Fully equipped kitchen: a large fridge - freezer, a hob, an oven, a kettle & toaster, and a microwave. Dishwasher and washer-dryer. Hosting a breakfast bar, and dining area, with bi-fold doors into our beautiful tranquil garden. A little sun-trap into the early evening. \-Television and internet access. \-Linen and towels are all included. \-We have a large driveway, with additional free on-street parking (apart from a small section opposite). House Rules: \- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. \- Smoking is not allowed \- We welcome small well behaved pets, with prior notice. \-£100 security deposit required (the host will contact you a week before arrival) If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact.
