The blinds are not black out so take eye masks if you need.There is no dishwasher yet everything else is there.We had a great time.When the area is completed it will be a new lease for the area and no doubt a cafe culture will prevail! ##### Neil L. Main balcony door in living area was broken and would not open. Management offered to fix, but we did not think it necessary at the time. Front door to building was in process of having the lock repaired and was open for the duration of our stay, which made us nervous. In the middle of a construction zone with derelict buildings around. Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath flat was basically brand new, very nice and comfortable BUT... The location of the flat is between MAJOR construction of a 10 story apartment complex with lots of early, noisy workers and a street needing serious demolition or renovation. There was a lot of litter and quite a few individuals loitering on street corners.The bedrooms and baths were very nice. However, the kitchen ONLY had major appliances and a toaster. No coffee maker, no hot pot, no salt/pepper or spices, no tea bags, no oil... absolutely nothing to enable the preparation of any meal on-site. We had to walk 10-15 minutes for coffee/breakfast each morning rather than enjoying some in the flat. ;-(We truly believe this WILL BE AN OUTSTANDING place to stay in 3-5 years when the apartments are completed and new shops opened. It is a shame that the description for the space was not up front about the current location. ##### James T.
