"I paid for a suite in advance and when I arrived they only had a standard room left for us. I paid an additional 100$ for the suite . "I’ve stayed at this property many times before as a local. I love coming to use the Internet, the Wi-Fi or just to get away for the night this time I knew I booked a room with a balcony corner. I did get a corner room, but it surely was not a balcony very disappointed by that also too walking to my room in front of the door just greeted me with nothing but trash, so there’s no housekeepers or house men that are cleaning the floors at night or during the day even inside of the elevators all around the corner of it no one decided to do a deep clean of it or maybe just caulk around it so there’s no space in between where all of that dirt and debris to get caught really disappointed this time you’re supposed to be my home away from home fix it Marriott"
