First time at the hotel really friendly feel about the place - staff excellent- rooms comfortable and clean very quiet and you feel like your staying in someone’s home , it’s that nice

Easy quick check-in. Room average size with good size bed. Bathroom good, tea/coffee facilities excellent. Steak meal was excellent.

the cottage was in a lovely rural location our room was spacious and clean with a lovely garden and a friendly and helpful hostess who treated us like old friends

We had a wonderful stay at Saddlers :). Milky is a wonderfully attentive host. Attended to our every need & was very knowledgeable about local restaurants and places of interest too. We had a very relaxing stay.

Beautifully arranged facilities on the Pullman carriage we were assigned. My husband was delighted with this surprise birthday trip.

This is a first class boutique pub. Bedroom was lovely, quiet and comfortable. (Though there could be more shelving for toiletries).Restaurant provided an excellent range of evening meals and breakfast options to a very high standard. All staff were extremely polite

From the moment we checked in the whole stay was second to none, normally this is a one or perhaps two night stay but we had about a week there. The staff were so helpful and very courteous on all levels, the room was clean and lovely bath towels provided. We used the fridge and iron and there video choices, even the water provided was a welcome touch. The morning breakfasts were delightful and catered for everyone, staff exceptional even when busy. Great little one night stay. We were going to a friends for a birthday party and just needed to lay our heads down for the night and get a great breakfast before setting off home. We got both! And the added bonus of some banging songs from the radio! All the classics! Highly recommend!

Excelent hotel with great spa facilities and indoor pool; but manages to cater for large numbers of people without feeling crowded. Staff very friendly and professional. Food excellent. PJC
