"The property was very clean and had a lot of internal space to walk around, open plan design, a very elegant feel and very well maintained. All of the staff we came into contact with were quite simply....exceptional!! Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome throughout our stay - a huge credit to the hotel. "Fantastic Stay at Palacio dos Arcos in Aug 24. Excellent Value and facilities including the indoor and outdoor pool and massage. Rooms were clean, large and the balcony view of the sea from our 2nd floor room was great. We took advantage of the Half Board option which provided an excellent dinner in the evening - a special mention for Joao who looked after us exceptionally well.
