It is a simple but a nice hotel, well located and fairly priced. The rooms probably need an upgrade but, are very spacious and comfortable. Limited parking available at the property; i had to park my car on the street. It worked out fairly well. The staff were helpful and professional.

Hotel is in a great location. Right across from the beach, train station, casino, and close to many restaurants. It is only a two people elevator so it can be a bit tight with luggage. Elevators moved quick and you are only waiting a few min. Breakfast was amazing and restaurants at hotel were good. It is walking distance to the beach and only a train ride to Lisbon. Amazing stay and would stay again.

Room looked dated and worn. Walking into hot and muggy room with NO AC Turned ON. 😑 Not a good s We looked forward to the Vila Gale Breakfast Buffett but were very sadly surprised that they decided NOT to have a Buffet this morning on Nov. 2, 2026 due to a low turn out of customers. They service by ordering from a table where we waited for food and coffee. Was the worst experience ever after making Vila Gale our "GO TO HOTEL since 2023 and we had a Grest Stay in 2023 to 2026 with great service in Algarve at Vila Gale Lagos, then Vila Gale Atlantico in Albufeira then Vila Gale in Tavira, Portugal before this trip to the Vila Gale Estoril. We checked out and are staying at another Hotel in Estoril. Were traveling to Porto and may not be staying at a Vila Gale after our Disappointed stay at the Estoril Vila Gale. When I checked out I paid the Tax Bill and was not given directions on how to enter their parking garage. Strangly instead of like all the other Vila Gale Garages in Algarve this one has an exit door leading you outside the rear of the building and has NO INSTRUCTIONS WRITTEN ANYWHERE ON THE OUTSIDE GARAGE DOORS ON HOW TO GET INSIDE THE GARAGE TO GET TO OUR RENTAL CAR? NO DIRECTIONS GIVEN BY THE RECEPTION AGENTS. VERY FRUSTRATING TO SAY THE LEAST. A VILA GALE MANAGER saw us trying to get into the garage to get our rental car and helped us. 😊 Lastly...Customer Service needs improvement in making your CUSTOMERS FEEL MORE IMPORTANT than Vila Gale's bottomline.

Overall great hotel, with pool and in the vicinity of the ocean as well as great restaurants. A 25 minutes walk to Cascais centre along the beach. Fantastic good breakfast and extraordinary service from the hotel clerks. Although the spa was not completely satisfactory and could be improved.

Overall the staff were very friendly and helpful . Any issues dealt with speedily and professionally. The Italian brunch was excellent and good value , high quality food . The pool area was nice and good food available with drinks on the pool terrace . I would recommend this hotel for value and service .

We stayed one night and enjoyed the local beach and restaurants. Hotel was perfectly situated. We found our room clean but it was a little dated but overall just fine. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was delish at the buffet for dinner and breakfast.

Excellent staff (esp. the breakfast restaurant)

Although the fittings of the room is a little bit outdated, it was still offering comfortable stay. The buffet breakfast was wonderful in terms of quality and variety. The staff (especially “Ruben”) in the restaurant were also excellent expressing warm concern to us when our last day my wife couldn’t come to have the breakfast.

The property looks dated and it needs some upgrades, the smell of sewage is not pleasant they have to fix this problem. The breakfast was good, nothing special but ok. We had the best view of the ocean from our room on the 8th floor, it makes sense to pay extra for this view. The best thing about this hotel was the staff, especially at the front desk. Andrew and his crew was the best, very helpful!
