The room and entire facility was very clean. The staff were all very friendly. We liked this location - a short and scenic walk to Cascais, a short drive to Sintra, and easy to hop on the train to Lisbon. We wish we had stayed longer to enjoy the pool, beaches, and casino all very close. Also the feee parking was a very nice benefit.

Fantastic location, staff and pool. Quite quirky as there are manekins all over the hotel. My bathroom was dated and the shower in the bath quite poor. The Aircon in my room made a big noise but didn’t cool the air. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was fantastic

Louis (concierge desk) is very attentive and helpful ...a very pleasant person... I wish all staff were like him.... Breakfast can definitely improve,never ready at 7:30 like advertised, and more courteous staff will be a nice touch.. I did notice a different treatment between English speakers and Spanish or Portuguese speakers...(Unfortunately) Air conditioning is almost inexistente at least in my room 403 The place need a urgent lifting, doors, Mattress,bathrooms, elevators.... I do understand that the decor its purposefully kept on the antique side but still it could be done without loosing that side... The hotel in general its ok but far from great at least not until some kind of renovation and staff training its done... But it has so much potential to be a great ...a really great hotel....then I won't hesitate to come back...

Excellent a la carte dinners and good breakfast choices. Dining room staff very professional. Front desk staff great. Location 300 metres from the ocean. Hotel manager spoke to me daily to make sure I was satisfied with my stay. I look forward to my return to not just Estoril but also Hotel Inglaterra.

This hotel is really cute. To me it was like a hidden gem. The pool area was great, super spacious and clean room. They have breakfast available. Close to the casino, train and restaurants. Excellent option to stay in Estoril.
