"Didn't eat in the restaurant, felt it was overpriced. Very disappointed at the fact that the car park, which was in the grounds of the hotel was pay for residents. Room was adequate, although in several ways the hotel was not really that disabled friendly I thought. Not that i required disabled access, but the fact that the disabled parking bays were next to a set of stairs and it was a reasonable diversion to use the ramps. The outer two doors were automatic but the doors into the foyer were push to open and quite heavy. Again, just poor planning for someone with limited mobility or in a wheelchair. It was ok for a one night stay or if you were coming via work and they were footing the bills, but i don't think i would use it for a long stay personally"

"Great staff. Lovely breakfast in room for £5 tray charge (booked room rate with breakfast included). Central location but what let's it down was the loud music blasting all night outside till way after midnight. We were on the fifth floor and it was so loud I couldn't sleep. "
