The hotel was clean and well maintained, however the person at the front desk was not very friendly and seemed somewhat put out that she had to help us check in. It was the same the next morning when we checked out.

Do not reserve room 139 if you want to sleep. Next to sliding doors. Five hours of peace before the onslaught at 6 am!!! Clean room. Fridge didnt have a freezer section. The oscar bar and grill next door had good food and service. Breakfast was good

Only gave 1 star because giving zero wasn’t an option. First thing, the toilet was running constantly when we arrived. The next morning the toilet overflowed/ flooded the bathroom. I turned the water off and threw towels on the floor. Went to the desk and told the night staff that it needed cleaned. We went to breakfast. Went back to the room and the bathroom was still flooded. Went back to the front desk and day shift said no one was in the room in the computer …the night staff checked us out. I said we just need to take a shower at this point-there was a room across the hallway that had just been vacated and he offered that to us. Said the beds dirty but the bathroom isn’t. We said NO the room isn’t cleaned. Found a housekeeper to clean our bathroom and I was able to shower. Got out of the shower and walked back to the bed and a maintenance man used his key to open the door without knocking as I’m sitting on the bed without clothes on. So I went back to the desk and talked the front desk man and he apologized. He said he’d called his manager Raj to come in immediately but he said he’s not coming. I was told Raj would call but when he did he asked for me to call Expedia- I said I already did and they called your front desk no one answered so they were unable to give me a credit from the hotel. He said he’s would call Expedia and get back to me which he hasn’t. Very poor communication/management. Calling corporate after the holiday to get this resolved

Staff was very nice. Room and hallways were clean but the entire place had a strong odor of fabuloso, or whatever cleaner is used. It was so strong that it gave my wife a headache. Also, during breakfast the guy caring for the breakfast area sprayed the cleaner on the tables to clean them, making it unbearable to eat breakfast because of the smell.

The location was nice there was a lot of stuff within walking distance of the hotel. But they offer breakfast especially including hot breakfast like eggs and sausages Etc. But Monday through Friday I came in at 6:25 breakfast starts at 6:00 and I asked him where the eggs and sausage was and he told me it was too late. Apparently there are workers that hit the breakfast at 6:00 a.m. and there's nothing left for the rest of the customers they should take that into consideration they know the workers are there and should accommodate more food. Also sometimes it would take me two to three minutes just to get the door open the lock would hard day ever work definitely not staying there again
