"We stayed here because it was within walking distance of Watford railway station and the shuttle bus for the Harry Potter Studio Tour. The staff were pleasant, helpful and approachable. The hotel was clean, quiet and seemed to be in a safe area of town. The beds were comfortable. Towels, hairdryer, soap, shampoo and shower gel, and tea facilities were provided. There was also an electric heater in the room. The buffet breakfast was good and well stocked. You can also have an evening meal...

"In general the accommodation was pretty nice and well equipped. Nice kitchen if not a bit small but had everything you would need. Reliable broadband internet and good central heating. The host was pretty good in regards to communication etc. especially when the heating stopped working. Some parts of the accommodation look a little bit run down, it could do with a painting to cover up all the obvious touch ups across the walls. The couch is a bit worn with some stains and a wobbly back rest....
