Basic but useful hotel
Friendly helpful staff .. a very no frills experience. Obviously reflected in the price . Small room built for purpose. Has electric sockets . Lights and small shower/toilet booth .. a TV but no kettle/drinks facilities so stock up at local shop .

If you're searching for a place to rest, this hotel is decent. However, the rooms are quite small, and the bathrooms are incredibly cramped. It's hard to move around without bumping into something. Despite this, the staff was very pleasant and made up for the lack of space. Keep in mind that the hotel is located in an industrial area, so weekday mornings can be noisy.

Value for money
Premiere Classe is a chain of budget hotels. It's cheap and cheerful. You get what you pay for (in this case about £32) the bed was comfy, the TV worked, the shower was good. I had a great nights sleep, The only downside is the location on an industrial estate in the middle of nowhere. Luckily the neighbouring budget hotel Kyriad had a restaurant and bar!

It is one of worst place ever. Yes, even in that price. Address is not correct on the website.. it took us another one hour to locate the hotel.

Not a premier stay at Premier classe
It was OK as expected for a cheap stay, staff pleasant enough, but overall clenliness is a bit pore, had problem with ants in room, staff member did spray room but did not change bedding which upset the kids. Overall you get what you pay for. Breakfast don't bother extra 5 plus euros for not very much choice coffee tea toast is about the max you can expect but can save you time on finding something else.

A quick night sleep.
The room was so tiny, I guess this is what is expected in Europe but I still think a bit too small. The bathroom was my issue. Too small. This room and bathroom reminds me of a tiny room you would find on a cruise ship. It was quiet and we checked in late and left early.

A very reasonable cost hotel
As a one night stay hotel it was ideal. A compact room with no towels but comfortable beds and a very reasonable cost breakfast. Will not be everyone's cup of tea but suited us fine.

Cramped room, tired and dated decor, loo didn't work properly, and very noisy due to surrounding routers. Very hot as too noisy to open window. A makeover is long overdue.

Nice and cheap
I was looking for a basic, cheap hotel for a short cycling break with my son. This hotel ticked all the boxes! Very clean and we managed to fit our bikes on the room too. We paid the extra for breakfast - excellent coffee and good fresh bread - perfect.

Simple but ok
Stayed for one night with 2 dogs. Not a lot of room for all 4 us. We asked for non smoking room but the room had a stale smoking smell. Overall was ok for the price and the parking.

Small, clean and very very cheap. Perfect for a simple overnight on the road. Pleasant and helpful staff. Extremely small interior and difficult to move around the room. Very few towels for two people but just enough to get by. No spare pillows etc, but we compromised for the price.

I booked to room for a stop over, knowing that the facilities would be basic. And they were, very basic. The people were nice, and stayed open late for us as we hit bad traffic on the way. But the room smelled of stale food and felt like it could do with a good clean, although the bed was clean and comfortable. The shower room is tiny, and impossible for an average person to shower without fighting with the curtain - never nice! There are no facilities nearby, but if you are just looking for a cheap impersonal room for the night, it's ok.

Pay more to stay elsewhere.
This hotel was occupied mainly by truckers. We were a large group of males doing a WW11 tour. Check in was done by someone who adamantly stated that he would only speak French. Those of us on the ground floor noticed a smell of mould, probably from the damp carpet around the shower room area. The area is an industrial complex with noisy trucks starting up very early in the morning. Do not dare take your wife / partner / girlfriend here unless you want to split up. Just one positive, the breakfast was quite good for the 4.50 euros charged.

We stayed in a Premier Class Caen Nord and the bath and shower were in much better condition. when you shower the whole bathroom is soaked the Caen location had a glass door that prevented this. We booked for 3 and there were towels for one also we could not check in on arrival due to a computer issue. they told us to go out for supper and come back later. overall no where near as well managed as the Premier Class Caen location

The hotel itself was clean and presentable however, it is mainly used by lorry drivers and therefore would not really recommend it to families / individuals as a long stay place. Be prepared to eat in a mainly male dominated restaurant if you dine outside the main compound.

A Cheap Hotel
If you are looking for a cheap place to stay, this is that hotel. Don't expect the Hilton - but you are not paying those prices, either. They have a good Internet feed. It is odd, but there is only one towel in the room, though, I asked for more - and received them. *WARNING* it appears that the staff ONLY speaks French. I was lucky to have a translator to help out checking in. The staff also did not seem to understand the process on this website. He wanted me to pay again, until he called his supervisor and figured out I had paid for the room.

Good for budget
Room is great for a quick overnight that is cheap.....If you are looking for a room to spend time in and relax this probably isn't it as it is small but good place to hang your hat for the night......just get up early before the truckers start firing up there engines!
