In quiet and central location, little bulding with 8 apartments with garden and parking place, about 150m to the beach.Apartment on 2° and last floor without the elevator, it is composed by living room with kitchenette and an one and half place sofa-bed, TV, bathroom, 1 double room, big terrace solarium. Air conditioning (on request/extra price)
The apartment is located a short distance from the supermarket and the center. The beach is a short distance away and the path is very comfortable. The parking lot is located inside the property and there is a nice garden with trees.
Check-in and key collection takes place at AGENZIA MARINA, Arco del Libeccio n°5 in Lignano Pineta.
Present all documents of the guests who will occupy the apartment (including children)
