Was not my first time staying there and nothing inside the rooms have changed over the years. Could use a little update. The HVAC in the room was very noisy. Otherwise, clean and served the purpose.

The rental was very nice. The accommodations were very good. The view was exceptional. My only complaint is that it took five hours to get the code to get in the house which became very stressful.

When we arrived at approximately 2pm there was no heat with temps outside in the 20s. We called and finally at 10:30 pm someone showed up. Apparantly the pilot light was out on one of the three furnances. The third furnance didn't work therefor two of the back bedrooms and bathrooms had no heat. ...
