"Staff was responsive to my questions prior to check-in. We arrived later at night so the room number was a bit difficult to see due to not being well-lit outside, but we managed to find it. Room was clean & comfortable for our needs. Room cooled off quickly once the AC unit was turned on. WiFi connection was very helpful & useful as our phones did not work otherwise. Appreciated being able to use the ice machine & water dispenser in the office. Would definitely stay here again next time we come to the Niagara Falls area."

"Room is much larger than we thought! Cozy and clean. Access to the hotel’s amenities. Location is the selling point. One block west is the cutest shopping district with several phenomenal dining options and live music. One block east is the river/ Canadian border and more dining options. BE AWARE: this town is walkable, but also located on a steep hill, so it’s not as easily walkable for anyone with movement challenges. Lewiston is one of my favorite cities I have ever visited. Everyone was incredibly nice at the hotel, in the restaurants, even on the streets. This room was a perfect complement to a lovely trip."
