Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption (Lori) war bei unserer Ankunft sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber (4 Personen in 2 verschiedenen Zimmern). In einem unserer Zimmer war das Bett sehr hart, daher bat ich um einen Zimmerwechsel und bekam problemlos ein Zimmer direkt neben unserem ursprünglichen. Es war alles Notwendige vorhanden, aber kein Schnickschnack, was für unsere Art von Reise (wir waren ausschließlich zum Shoppen) völlig ausreichte. Ich verstehe die Aufregung in anderen Kommentaren nicht, denn es war sehr komfortabel und ruhig.

Das Zimmer war ganz nett, aber die Böden waren nicht sauber und die Bettwäsche fleckig. Außerdem lagen zwei verschiedene Kissenarten auf dem Bett (ein Federkissen und ein Faserkissen – beide flach). Mein Mann und ich haben uns schließlich für diesen Aufenthalt billige Bettwäsche und Kissen bei Walmart gekauft. Auch das Frühstück zum Mitnehmen hat uns nicht überzeugt: Müsliriegel und abgepackte Muffins. Positiv war hingegen, dass es eine Waschmaschine gab und die Küchenzeile mit dem großen Kühlschrank sehr praktisch war.

Das Zimmer war sauber und die zusätzliche Küchenzeile super. Wir waren etwas enttäuscht von der kleinen Auswahl an Frühstücksgerichten zum Mitnehmen, d. h. Haferflocken, Müsliriegel, Kaffee und Tee. Es gab nichts anderes, nicht einmal Obst. Die Lage ist gut zum Einkaufen. Außerdem fanden wir es nicht gut, dass wir nach Küchenutensilien fragen mussten. Einfache Utensilien sollten in einer Küche standardmäßig vorhanden sein.
