"Friendly staff, clean room, good restaurant"

"The hostel is very close to Goldsmith University and there many convenient stores, cafes and restaurants in the surrounding area. The hostel is well organized, spotless clean, without mosquitoes or bedbugs. Very good free breakfast at the dining room and it’s possible to cook or store your own food at smaller kitchens that are on 2nd. & 4th floor. The staff are very kind and go out of their way to help you. "

"I was surprised to find we were staying in Student accommodation. Our room was actually 3 separate lockable bedrooms with a shared lounge and kitchen. It was adequate. But sparten. There was wayer damage in the bathroom. And both bathrooms were tiny. There was no facility to store our bags, before check in. And i found the reception very unhelpful as to how to store them while we filled in time. After 36 hours travelling, it was quite stressful. When we did return to check in our room was still not ready. We had to wait a further 30 mins. Overall we managed. Not what we were expecting though. It was located near the train station which was convenient. And there was a supermarket around the corner. Notification that it is student accommodation would have been nice "

"Came down to stay after watching the match and title celebrations in liverpool. Easy to get into. Perfect size for me and my daughter. Ammenities worked and was a good place to rest up before coming back home."

"Molly and Grace were very helpful. The kitchenette was fully equipped with everything we needed. It was a great place to stay near public transport aswell as a place to park our car. If I could provide any feedback it would be, the TV could have been bigger and there could have been face washers in the bathroom. "

"Nice room , yes I could hear some noise from pub below, during a cup final match,but it was not a problem and did not stop sleeping and watching tv.I will stay again which says it all really ."

"Was ok , think the hallways needed redoing as thread bare in places , we had quite a large gap between door frame and door which could see into our room , the blinds didnt completely cover the windows had to improvise with clothes on hangers to keep eyes from buildings opposite us out , the room was clean , had fan as well and plenty of space to hang clothes and drawers for clothes , the communial area was tidy , only issue really is no bathroom or toilets in bedroom , shared bathroom in communial area and 2nd floor , the bathroom and shower in communial area you have to be careful as when you open door there is a step up into bathroom , tripped once on this as wasnt paying attention , we turned the extension lead off in our room , when my wife went to use it no power in the last 2 ports , on closer inspection someone had screwed the extension lead to the wall by going through the front of the power bar rather then hanging the correct way from the back , hassan was very friendly and sorted broadband issue out quickly , the room served its purpouse for 2 days as we needed accomodation to get to o2 "
